and more
I make art to celebrate life and repair shame-oppression-abuse.
I believe art is a bridge between the known and the unknown,
leading us all to the core of ourselves.
Unveil is my motto.
I’m on a quest for meaning and wonder.
I like ART as a verb. Thus I art. That’s my gaze onto the world.
I long for closeness and depth.
In order to feel, touch and connect.
So I’m a close-up lover,
finding inspiring new worlds and beauties
through delving into detail and estranging from the context.
I’m a multidisciplinary artist as I need to express in different ways to feel whole.
So I love to dance with multiple mediums
and mix, overlap, experiment with different techniques.
As I love to play.
I am 'sponge-sensitive', absorbing and vibrating strongly with my surroundings.
THAT’s ENERGY
that needs to express and be shared, so I pour it into my art practice.
Art is life and life is art.
Necessary for everyone, available to anyone.
Relationships are my favourite vehicle,
reciprocal vessels to navigate on our life journeys.
So to keep Learning - Sharing - Playing - Healing - Weaving
and creating Community.

BIO
Born in Rome, I moved to Ireland at a young age carrying around a SLR analogue camera, which I used to follow the striking light the green island would provide when least expected.
I lived there for many years training in arts, then moved back to Rome and completed my education earning an Art Counselling diploma (ASPIC), a B.A. in sculpture + a M.A. in film arts (RUFA) and an academic Master’s degree in Gender Studies and Policies (Roma Tre University).
As a photographer I have collaborated with institutions in Rome (MAXXI, GNAM, MACRO, FAO, MIBACT, RUFA), while working on sets and backstages for cinema productions and teaching arts in high schools.
My short movies have been screened and awarded prizes at international film festivals in Italy and Ireland.
I have exhibited different medium artworks, including installation and graphic design and had a sculpture commissioned by the Municipality of Rome to be installed permanently in a park, as part of a project against gender discrimination.
